These Belvita cookies are not too sweet and a great option for anyone who is looking for a little something to snack on with some healthy benefits. I keep these on hand for my grandchildren since they have been “ parent approved” and I like to keep a package in my car and purse when there’s no time for breakfast. They are not messy/crumbly like granola bars and have fiber, protein and low sugar compared to other cookies etc. Belvita is now a staple in my pantry!

I wish they had more fiber, it seems they could do much better than only 2 g of fiber, for something like this I don’t understand why they can’t be 2 g of fiber per biscuit. Adding more fiber, like for each biscuit to have 2 g of fiber, would make them something I believe people would gravitate more towards, People are trying to eat healthier and it’s difficult and expensive. Please add more fiber, belVita!
