Great for a quick, nutritious breakfast. They are also great for dunking in coffee, tea, or milk. Just be quick when dunking; they disolve fast in hot liquid! Mmm Good!

I LOVE these but, They came broke. They were not packaged well at all. This is unusual because my orders are usually packed well. All the items were just in the box no filler in it. Also the box had been broke open & retaped.

I eat these because they are healthy to eat in moderation. They are whole oats, crunchy, and not overly sweet. I love having them with my coffee each morning. Sometimes, I spread them with peanut butter for protein.

I have tried cranberry/orange, blueberry, the chocolate dipped and the sugar/cinnamon. The brown sugar/cinnamon are my favorite. I love the large box!
