Substantially good when I only have time for a quick bite. My kids both like belVita too. Just be sure to have plenty to drink since its dry. But it will give you the energy to push on when time is short.

Bel Vita is a great product, if you add a fruit they will keep you going 'til lunch! Just wish there were more flavors available at Sam's. The cinnamon and blueberry are both good but there are other flavors made too!

Wonderful taste and texture and conveniently packaged. Long shelf life. A treat to have on hand for breakfast or tea or dinnertime snacks. Sweet but not too sweet and seemingly healthy as well.
