Great price for two boxes of wafers

These are not fresh, mostly in pieces !! Very disappointed

I ordered these from Sam's due to the price & the large quantity. I was very disappointed. The cookies were broken around the edges, some were "burnt" very dark, and many were stuck together. Besides the dark ones, they tasted okay. I used them as that is all I had. I did not have time to buy more. I picked through & used the best I could find. But I did not use as many as I had planned. I made Deluxe Banana pudding for my grandchildren's last day of school. They would have been so very disappointed with no dessert. I was not happy with my purchase of Nilla wafers that I have used & trusted for years. Seeing as how they are so very expensive, you would think they would be in near perfect condition.

Use for holiday treats

Opened the bag recently. These ARE NOTHING like they always were. Probably a change of ingredients to cheap out, giving a horrible experience for their biggest market-the all faithful consumer. These are soft, and I do mean soft, not crunchy at all. Practically a stale taste when you bite into it. Not the same taste. Not the same wafer. The shape of the cookie has changed from a perfect circle to a blob of whatever only comparable to making a pancake shape on the griddle when you don't get that roundness correct. Just look at the photos on the other reviews that are posted. I will NEVER buy this product again, and I suggest anyone look for another brand! This is a disgrace to the consumers, just another in a long line of products where they don't care what quality they produce, as long as you pay the same price and they save and pocket a few more dollars.
