If you have trouble keeping yourself from attacking a single box of Nilla wafers...just think about bringing home TWO in one. I know so many folks will talk about how great the product is for banana pudding and other delicious deserts, but you can't keep us out of the cookies themselves. YUM!

I have always loved Vanilla Wafers or now called Nilla Wafers but they are not exactly what they use to be. ORIGIONALS were smooth looking and now they are quite ruff looking around the edges and do not seem to have as much vanilla taste as in the past.

These cookies have been around longer than me and that’s a long time. I remember eating them with my mother as a child, spooning them out of a coffee cup with milk poured over them. That’s not to mention the banana pudding or putting peanut butter between two of them. Oh well, it takes me back to simpler, happier times so I bought them and they are still delicious however you want to eat them.

Vanilla wafers is one of the few things that I do not buy generic. I have to get Nabisco’s Nilla’s. No other brand lives up to the crunch yet it dissolves well, the layers inside it. I think all other brands seem stale in comparison. Sam’s is the only place to get them for the price point—can’t be beat. And if you happen to find them on an instant savings sale even better. I do have to be mindful to use them up in a relatively decent amount of time so the large bags don’t get stale. But we’re talking weeks, not days. Love these like preschoolers during snack time. Very dangerous for this 53 year old! lol

While the cost per quantity (value) is there, the quality is not. This my 2nd box because I thought the 1st was a fluke. They are dryyyyyyy and smaller than ini previous years. If your only using them for banana cream pie or other such crusts or toppings ok. But as a snack? No thank you.

Nabisco Nilla are good too us,we buy this brand all the time so to our surprise when we saw a lot of the cookies broken was very disappointing . Even if you were going to use them in a recipe I like to be able to break them myself, be they still taste good .

I bought these Nilla wafers. They were on sale and they were stale,hard & and had no taste!! They wereso hard they hurt my teeth. The experation date is still good but the cookies are not. I'm taking them back & getting my money back. Never buying them again.

Crumbled cookies are what you will receive. Shipping makes them even worse. You are better buying them in a grocery store and if you wait until they are bogo or you buy the generic ones it will be about the same price but should get much less of a smashed product.

Nilla is not the Nilla we remember as kids. They're still good, but not the holy grail of cookies that they were in the world before the ban of trans-fats. Nevertheless, if you want good, southern banana pudding, there is no reasonable substitute. So...you just have to suck it up and buy these. Oh, for the old recipe to return.

Nilla wafers are great. I like them whole. The delivery on this item broke them into crumbs. I think Sam's has an issue with delivery. I've had canned food broken open in the delivery box. Leaking all over everything. Sam's is a great place to get quality food items. However, getting them delivered successfully is a different matter. I wish they would take 10 more seconds while boxing them up and make sure the customer's items are safe for the transit.
