Nilla wafers are great. I like them whole. The delivery on this item broke them into crumbs. I think Sam's has an issue with delivery. I've had canned food broken open in the delivery box. Leaking all over everything. Sam's is a great place to get quality food items. However, getting them delivered successfully is a different matter. I wish they would take 10 more seconds while boxing them up and make sure the customer's items are safe for the transit.

While the cost per quantity (value) is there, the quality is not. This my 2nd box because I thought the 1st was a fluke. They are dryyyyyyy and smaller than ini previous years. If your only using them for banana cream pie or other such crusts or toppings ok. But as a snack? No thank you.

Crumbled cookies are what you will receive. Shipping makes them even worse. You are better buying them in a grocery store and if you wait until they are bogo or you buy the generic ones it will be about the same price but should get much less of a smashed product.

Nilla needs a new cook. N.A. is o used to be the fresh perfect vanilla wafers. The only best ones. Now the crust is beat off in the box, the cookies have lost their round shape. It’s like genetics in the box. It’s not just a box. It’s every box in last few years. What is different cause they are not what they used to be.

These cookies taste stale, there's no other way to put it. They are NOT crisp, and they don't taste like the Nilla Wafers from the past. We bought 2 big boxes of these to have for grandkids, and Papa enjoys them too... or he used to. Not THESE ones. Both boxes are the same, as are the ones from the grocery store. They aren't making them good at all, and writing to them about it got me NO RESPONSE at all. NOT HAPPY.

I bought these Nilla wafers. They were on sale and they were stale,hard & and had no taste!! They wereso hard they hurt my teeth. The experation date is still good but the cookies are not. I'm taking them back & getting my money back. Never buying them again.

We were disappointed greatly in how many of the wafers had been broken, probably close to one-third to a half were damaged. Love to eat the whole ones but the crumbs are no fun. On the bright side, there were enough crumbs to have thoughts of doing a cream pie, but we haven’t done so yet.

Well due to the manufacturing madness to keep up with demand ,you might find some of the wafers are broken ! Be of good spirit & use then for banana pudding or shingles on the gingerbread house or mouse cookies!! Use your imagination or let the kids have a fun time eating them!

Nabisco Nilla are good too us,we buy this brand all the time so to our surprise when we saw a lot of the cookies broken was very disappointing . Even if you were going to use them in a recipe I like to be able to break them myself, be they still taste good .

These cookies have been around longer than me and that’s a long time. I remember eating them with my mother as a child, spooning them out of a coffee cup with milk poured over them. That’s not to mention the banana pudding or putting peanut butter between two of them. Oh well, it takes me back to simpler, happier times so I bought them and they are still delicious however you want to eat them.
