We order these all the time. I LOVE vanilla wafers! Most of the time they are fantastic, but every now and then (including very recently), they are horrible (like they are overdone or something, with a weird, white coating on the back of the cookie). In other words, very hit or miss.

I brought Nilla Wafers on December 24, 2022 and those cookies were horrible. They were stuck together and not fresh. Broken pieces and very hard. I tried to do a banana pudding and the cookies were stuck together in both bags. My pudding didn't turn out because the cookies were not good at all. I want buy cookies from Sam's club. I had to go to another store to get four boxes of cookies to make my pudding. I had to spend more money because of the quantity in the boxes.

I own a restaurant and offer banana pudding every week as it is a customer favorite and Nilla wafers help make it delicious! They are crispy and delicious out of the box and soften nicely in my pudding but don’t become a weird texture.

I so wanted to make banana pudding so I bought these and what I found when opened was sad as there were no whole round cookies like I grew up eating. Many of the cookies were over done. These did look more like homemade as opposed to the manufactured same size etc cookies. You could crumble them to make a crust but not use them as whole cookies.....I didn't get to have my banana pudding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Nabisco Nilla wafer cookies a few weeks ago and they are now gone! Everyone in the family loves them and devoured the whole box. We eat them plain and I also like to put them in my favorite pudding.

Their sweet, vanilla taste, and soft crunch or just the way I remember them as a kid. These cookies are by far the best on the market for a very, very long time. They sure bring back memories of eating them with my family and of my mother cooking with them a long time ago. Her banana pudding was the best I’ve ever tasted. Now I just like to eat them with milk. I highly recommend Nilla wafer cookies.

It seems to be a quality issue with whoever makes Sam's Clubs' supplier. Sometimes they are just like the regular kind I get at a grocery store, sometimes there is a lack of flavor, and this latest time, they are doughy? Not sure if I'll get them from Sam's anymore. Trying to contact company that makes these seems to be a mystery, unlike other products at Sam's.
