It would be great if Sam's would bring this back in store!  We used to be able to get it in store but now have to order it. I just bought 6 and 5 of them came damaged. Unpacking them and end up with a powder trail across my floor. They are put into a box with only one small strip of bubble wrap to buffer any problems with shipping. Tried to get replacement/refund whatever and they "AI" told me no that Sam's couldn't do either. Then I called the number and was sent to a Member advocate who tells me many times how sorry they are for the inconvenience of getting damaged goods puts me on hold to never return. They may ask for your number in case you get disconnected but they don't know how to call back.

Not happy

I  purchased this because we use it on a regular basis and I haven't been able to find it in any store for several months I spoke to an employee there at Sam's Club and they said  they may long no longer be caring it until the summer but possibly not at all and that I could check online to see if I could order it.  So I did I'm glad I was able to order it online hopefully you guys will continue to carry it in the store.
