Kcups are defective

Purchased the 100 cup box, almost every time I brew it, it fills my cup with grounds. Doesn’t matter which brewer I use. I cut off the foil top and found there is a small hole in filter of kcup allowing grains to come through. This same problem is documented on multiple reviews through out internet. I will be returning my box to Sams Club.

I searched for Decaf coffee and this came up with the decafe coffees and with the orange label. There's nothing wrong with the coffee but I blame Sam's grouping regular coffees when I searched for decaf only.
