I love using these packets in my bottle water. The flavor is awesome. It’s better than drinking a soda due to not having any sugar. They are very cheap and you can find them at about any Grocery store.

It is not just 5 cal per pkg, after mixing with water, it is 130 cal per 500ml. I like everyting about peach. I t does mot have many artifical flavor in it

This is my favourite of the crystal light flavors. I have a large mug so that i can add ice&also dilute it if i want. I highly recommend this for anyone trying to watch their sugar intake!
