Northern used to have THE softest toilet paper, I've bought it for years. It is like sand paper now you obviously changed something it's horrible I will now start trying different brands looking for one that says its "soft" and actually is. Nothing worse than using sandpaper on a very sensitive area.

Rolls are smaller than standard size. Georgia Pacific doesn't want to tell you what the square footage is of their packages of teepee. Of course your environmental scores are higher when you're comparing your tiny narrow-ash rolls with standard sizes from other producers!

This just confirmed what I always knew about your product! I have been around a long time and should have trusted my experience with Northern Tissue. I recently purchased two pkg of six rolls. This is what I normally choose, however, the two plys do not come off roll together, and it's a lot of waste. Whatever you have changed, is not good. Please have your quality control take a look at this, and change the procedure.. Thank you

I have been buying Quilted Northern for over 40 years. Now, it's becoming impossible to find the Quilted Northern 2-ply double rolls in the stores because they are all switching to 3-ply MEGA rolls. I DON'T WANT 3-PLY! I ESPECIALLY DON'T WANT MEGA ROLLS BECAUSE THEY DON'T FIT ON MY TOILET PAPER DISPENSER! Why do companies always have to ruin a perfectly good product by trying to “improve” it? Is this more of this ESG garbage? If I can't find any normal, 2-ply double roll toilet paper, I will be forced to look for it in another brand.

I had tried others and found that they only irritated the situation even more. Then, a doctor suggested Quilted Northern. I tried it and never looked back. The true test came when I was using the toilet and had to blow my nose. I used Quilted Northern and was able to see just what it's capable of handling. It serves double duty. Kudos to Quilted Northern.

I have bought this toilet paper for years, just wondering why you changed from soft and luxurious to rough and tough. I opened a new pkg expecting it to be the same as always and I thought I had gotten the wrong kind, so I looked at the pkg again and the pkg was the same but the toilet paper definitely wasn't. Why the change??? I will be changing brands because if I want rough and tough toilet paper I can get it at a cheaper price.

I'm not sure what happened with Quilted Northern. It has been my go-to toilet paper for 30 to 40 years -- I wouldn't buy anything else. But the past few times I've purchased the Quilted Northern Ultra Soft and Strong, I've found it strong, but rough. It has the feel of cheap toilet paper. I'm very, very disappointed and will be turning to Charmin for my next purchase.

I have been using Quilted Northern Bathroom products for years, I bought a 6 pack of toilet paper a little over a month ago, and the product was NOT as superior product as it has been in the past!!! It is not as strong and sturdy as it usually is and it tears apart any time I try to remove a few squares, it comes apart and as if it is has not been correctly sectioned. If this continues I will NO LONGER purchase Quilted Northen products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bough this yesterday and really regret it. It says that is soft and stretchy, but instead is hard and scratchy compared to Ultraplysh one. I cleaned my nose with a piece and it irritated my skin. I am going to buy the Ultrasoft package, but now I have 29 rolls which I do not like and I doubt that I can return back to the store.
