I've been using the same product for years. All of a sudden, most of the rolls either shred when they unroll, or they don't tear at the perforations. Ugh, what a mess! My husband's disabled, and this is a real problem, not to mention how much we're wasting, and it's not inexpensive, you know?

I normally use a different brand, but due to the shortage I bought Quilted Northern when I saw it was in stock on their website. I'm a convert! This toilet paper is thick and soft. I need to use less of it than I do of other leading brands. Thanks for working hard to keep the supply moving!

But this week I bought the mega rolls of the cleanstretch version. There's no quilting on it and it's as coarse as sandpaper. Stick with original versions for a softer paper.

What is up with Northern Toilet paper?! It feels more like a paper towel than the usual soft product we are use to! We have used Northern for decades, but I can't even finish using this package. Guess I am off to buy another brand!!!! Better fix the problem before you lose all your customers.

I was very disappointed that the company keeps reducing the number of sheets per roll as time goes by; I still have some rolls which have 206 sheets per roll and then some with 190 sheets and the latest I bought had only 164 sheets per roll. That is a significant 20% reduction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quilted Northern is the only toilet tissue I purchase; it is soft, strong, and safe as in when using, your fingers do not tear through the tissue as it does other types. When visiting my daughter, whose husband seems to buy on the cheap side, and they are low on toilet tissue, this is what I purchase due to both safety, or cleanliness, on the fingers and not having to roll the tissue around the hand 10 times before using.

We are a family of five in a one bathroom residence , so bathroom visits need to be quick! With Quilted Northern Ultra Soft and Strong, peace and harmony has been restored in the house as; less paper is used by my young boys, it's so efficient for clean up that potty visits are a few minutes now , plus everyone loves the soft feel!

Just opened a new package only to find it was rough. Actually my kids brought it to me. When kids notice toilet paper is rough then you have a serious problem!!! Go back and get rid of whatever you changed. I have bought Northern for over 30 years but now I will have to change if it doesn't go back!!!

I've tried products that were to hard, harsh and left me uncomfortable. And then there was products that were too soft and would break apart and stick to everything.
