Had been using this for a few years. The packaging changed, and I thought nothing of it, but came to realize that the paper is now a linty fluffy mess. Big thumbs down. On the hunt for a new brand.

We love the product but have only been able to find mega rolls! Do you no longer produce double rolls? Our bathroom toilet paper holder does not work for the mega rolls.

I love the Ultra Soft and Strong and I just bought some two days ago. I ended up with the Ultra plush variety. it was packaged wrong in the Ultra Soft and Strong packaging. I was very disappointed. How does this happen?

Love the paper wrapping, and the fact that Northern is moving to sustainable sources. But the new two-ply tissue is too thin and occasionally tears or almost tears. Would also like it to be embossed

We used to love this toilet paper. However, recently we bought rolls where the paper was defective near the beginning or the end of the rolls. The most recent roll also only has one ply paper and we are not sure when the two ply will begin.

I like your toilet paper, but now that it's 4X thicker, I noticed that it went from 295 sheets to 255 sheets per roll. I don't know why that had to change, and I don't like it.

I just got a shock when i opened this pack of toilet paper. I couldn't believe my eyes when i took a roll out of the pack, so little, it looks odd on the toilet paper roll!!!!!! You people should be ashamed of yourselves, cheating and gouging the public. You increased the price and cut the roll in half, no wonder it seems like it's on my grocery list as often as milk.

I like the paper, but I didn't get it. why?
