My Mom bought nothing but Northern, and I have followed in her wise and caring footsteps. Northern consistently has the softest, highest quality, strongest and most durable toilet tissue that has ever been made! We travel extensively, and we take Northern with us wherever we go. That other stuff is tooooo harsh to use, and I am allergic to many of them! (What are they putting in their product that anyone could be allergic to!) My "backside" can prove all of this....the saga of the great, the bad and the owwwy! Thank you for continuing to make such an amazing product....please, don't ever stop making it! Just bought a Mega 12 roll pack of Quilted Northern Ultra Soft & Strong toilet paper. The rolls are not cut properly - as I use the roll on one side you get a 3/8” sliver of paper that is cut from the main roll that comes off. First, this is a hassle as you have to peel off the “sliver” before you use it OR, pick it off the floor as it falls off the roll. Second, you don't get the full use of the roll. This product is expensive compared to competing products and it's disappointing to see this. I will say Quilted Northern is the toilet paper we've used for quite a while and this is the first time I've seen this type of product defect.

Chose Northern after using just about all of other brands and the product is not near as good as used to be, Rolls start out ok but paper gets thinner as used. I had old Northern from the before and pre pandemic to compare present Northern, not even close to same. I see no reason to pay a higher price with so many other choices.at cheaper price. Greed over quality, will eventually lead to problems like the banking and automotive industries.

Unless there was a quality control issue that has been resolved, the last purchase I made was very poor quality. No quilting. No softness. The toilet paper hardly resembles what we have always expected from Northern. Very rough to the touch. Will not purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I buy the Quilted Northern in Bulk. Gotta have backup Toilet Paper and plus i have family who do come and visit. I've used so many brands but I have always come back to Quilted Northern. this is the softest toilet paper I've used. It doesn't tear and it keeps me clean. Some brands do but this one doesn't clog up my toilet. It doesn't shred nor does it leave lint in my bathroom. Great buy!

There is a big difference in quality when you buy Quilted Northern. Much more comfortable and a lot softer. It doesn't tear like other brands and I like that it's not so thin that you have to crumple it up to get softness. I will never go back to any other brand. Thank you

Northern used to have THE softest toilet paper, I've bought it for years. It is like sand paper now you obviously changed something it's horrible I will now start trying different brands looking for one that says its "soft" and actually is. Nothing worse than using sandpaper on a very sensitive area.

I had used your Northern toilet paper for many years. But then you changed the product to quilted. It is awful. The ultra soft and strong is no longer soft or strong. I have switched to a different brand. Why change a superior product to one that is inferior? Any chance that you will offer the old version again?

I purchased this product expecting it to be as soft or softer than other brands. I was disappointed. I am not a soft toilet paper snob and can tolerate pretty much any type of TP. I just wanted to try something different/softer then my usual. It is strong and I do like that feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this not long ago and decided to try it, I don't frequently change brands if an item works well, however the store was out of my usual brand, this was a pleasure to use, soft, thick and absorbent but not overly thick. This has become our new household brand and I have already recommended it to family and friends!
