I tried it as a last resort when I couldn't get the name brand I preferred, and it's its twin in every way (color, taste, purity). Plus, I'm saving quite a bit of money as I formerly spent on EVOO. Yep, this chef is a changed man and no longer afraid to venture outside of my comfort zone and away from brand labels. This is now my go-to EVOO and best thing, I get more compliments on flavor/taste than ever before.

I have used it with 2 different things, in a salad and cooking an egg and I was surprisingly pleased with the perfect taste that has of substituting for butter with just a hint of olive flavor. I have read that it can easily be used for cooking cakes, brownies, breads, muffins, and other baked goods, so I can’t wait to try it out!
