The sear on my chicken was super crispy and the oil reached a very high temp . I also love to drizzle this on sandwiches with some vinegar and it’s really good !

I make homemade sourdough bread, and I love to dip my bread in just a drizzle of this EVOO with a bit of balsamic vinegar and some Parmesan cheese. Excellent! It also makes delicious pasta sauces!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This BERTOLLI extra virgin olive oil has a very rich and smooth taste, comparable to butter. It is also very versatile being able to be used in many recipes, dressings, and of course just lightly spread across your favorite bread (mine is homemade). This oil is cold pressed making the acidity level less then .3 percent, making it reach high quality standards. This product is also has a NON GMO verification which makes me feel way better about consumption. It also claims to be the best olive oil brand out there and honestly so far I’d have to agree. It was so indulgent, and for a second I almost felt like I was in Italy or at least a fancy restaurant. This oil is my new go to and favorite.

First off, This olive oil has great flavor, as it really enhanced the pesto I used it in. Not only the flavor but it also gave the pesto a great texture, making it easy to spread on crackers. I never do this but, I even dipped some bread in the oil to taste. Normally olive oil tastes too strong and bitter to me for me to just taste it plain, (but although I wouldn't sit down and just snack on olive oil) I noticed how this oil has a less bitter and smoother taste. I've never bought the real expensive type of olive oil, but I feel like this oil is what the high end stuff is like. I think it would be perfect for salads and pasta dishes. I recommend you try it out!

It had a slight taste, thats never overwhelming and definitely doesn’t taint any of the natural flavors in the foods it’s being cooked with. I would honestly use this to cook with anything!
