We have been using it to cook our meals , and it tastes awesome . We haven’t used much of the oil at once since we don’t like our foods oily but it is such a nice product .

I found that it goes best with salads, but I also tried it with other dishes and it was just as great! The taste isn’t overwhelming and definitely adds a great and rich flavor to food. It definitely met my expectation and I’ll most likely be adding this to my grocery list once I finish this bottle .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] STOP, don't buy those expensive name brand varieties of EVOO! You won't find better quality than this one! I tried it as a last resort when I couldn't get the name brand I preferred, and it's its twin in every way (color, taste, purity). Plus, I'm saving quite a bit of money as I formerly spent on EVOO. Yep, this chef is a changed man and no longer afraid to venture outside of my comfort zone and away from brand labels. This is now my go-to EVOO and best thing, I get more compliments on flavor/taste than ever before.

First off, This olive oil has great flavor, as it really enhanced the pesto I used it in. Not only the flavor but it also gave the pesto a great texture, making it easy to spread on crackers. I never do this but, I even dipped some bread in the oil to taste. Normally olive oil tastes too strong and bitter to me for me to just taste it plain, (but although I wouldn't sit down and just snack on olive oil) I noticed how this oil has a less bitter and smoother taste. I've never bought the real expensive type of olive oil, but I feel like this oil is what the high end stuff is like. I think it would be perfect for salads and pasta dishes. I recommend you try it out!
