[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I usually use avocado oil for my cooking needs but every now and then, I use olive oil to prepare marinades and make dressings. The packaging is simple and modern but you do have to be careful to screw the cap tight because it tends to get loose easily. I used this product various times, including to cook my own chicken and rice bowl, and the flavor was strong and intense. It does have a rather rich taste that I wasn’t too fond of but I admit, it makes my food taste so much richer. The quality is excellent where there are various olive oils in the products from different parts of the world. The price is also reasonable for the quality. Overall, I am satisfied with this product and continue to use it for my cooking needs. Highly recommend.

I will always use it on aliced potatoes that I fry up in the oven to help the seasonings stick and to get them as crispy as possible. My boyfriend loves to use it when making homemade pizza dough as it gives a subtle hint of flavor to the crust. Its so versatile - can be used as a simple pasta dressing or to fry all sorts of meats and veggies. Bertolli olive oil is a staple in our house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Olive Oil 2 ways. I drizzled on the zucchinifrom our garden before adding the seasoning and parmesean cheese. The zucchini cooked perfectlyat 350*. Next I tossed my fettuccine noodles in the oil after boiling for a less soggy noodle. The whole family ate everything and asked what I did differently. We typically use veggie oil and they were able to taste the difference.
