I make homemade sourdough bread, and I love to dip my bread in just a drizzle of this EVOO with a bit of balsamic vinegar and some Parmesan cheese. Excellent! It also makes delicious pasta sauces!

So far I've used this Bertolli Extra Vrigin Olive Oil for frying, making bread and it makes for tasty salad dressing! I have been wanting to get back into using it as it is one of the healthier cooking oils out there, so receiving this product to test was wonderful. Bertolli extra virgin olive oil has worked well with all cookware and food. The smell is almost nonexistent and the taste of the oil does not overpower the food.
