Please reach out via contact us form. https://www.ocedar.com/contact-page<br />The handle when fully extended is 48&#34; inches. if you could please try the following for the handle, this may help with your experience. <br />Do not fully extend the section that is not locking.<br />Turn it to lock at the midway point. If you feel tension, fully lock it, then extend to lock in place.<br />If you don&#39;t feel tension at the midway point, slide the handle slowly and continue to check for tension.<br />It seems the locking mechanism needs to be re-engaged. <br />Again, please let us know how we can assist you by reaching to our team for support.

We appreciate the feedback! The red triangle-shaped frame and connector on the RinseClean refill are smaller than the EasyWring Spin mop to provide improved maneuverability, however the actual microfiber mop strings are the same in size providing the same great cleaning performance and cleaning into tight spaces and corners. Hope this helps!
