We&#39;re sorry to hear that ☹️This should help you out! <br /><br />-Hold the red handle in your right hand - grey in left. <br /><br />-Extend halfway (not fully) turn red handle away from you to lock. <br /><br />-Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway, turn toward you to lock. <br /><br />You should now be able to extend both ends fully to locking position. Hi! Our Spin Mop Systems are not produced with wheels, considering the possibility of tipping. We do not encourage any modified addition of wheels to the system.

The handle should extend to a maximum length of about 48&#34; when fully extended. If you&#39;re handle isn&#39;t extending to that length, please ensure that the section closest to the threading is extended.
