This mop did a great job cleaning my floors, and I like that I can wash the head of the mop.

Great product

The mop itself does a good job cleaning floors. The microfiber head picks up dirt really effectively, and I like how easy it is to rinse and spin out excess water using the bucket system. However, I ran into an issue with the build quality. The screw connection between the mop head and the handle doesn't tighten properly on mine. No matter how much I try to secure it, it won't stay firmly in place. As soon as I start mopping, the handle loosens and sometimes even falls off, which is pretty frustrating.

Need quality control

I love this mop. This is my second one my first one lasted for a few years and it's HEAVILY used I have 5 kids and a dog it's used multiple times most days and lasted. I had the one that separated the clean from dirty water and honestly didn't like it as much as this one it works fine I just prefer this one.
