Once fully extended your handle should be 48 inches, and you should see 3 different sections (one red and two gray metal tubes). If you are not seeing all sections, it is likely “section 3” attached to the gray Thread Plug that is not extending. Please remove the red triangle base by unscrewing the connect from the handle. Then try twisting the grey thread plug at the very bottom of the handle while holding firmly onto section 2 with the opposite hand. We have some great videos online as well to better show this!
