I really loved this mop at first. I only say at first because I got one use out of it before the spinning mechanism broke before I could use it a second time! According to a lot of reviews this is a common problem. I suggest buying something made to last.

If your extension wand gets stuck in, remove the mophead and shoot some WD-40 inside and around the edge of the section. Roll it around a bit for oil to get to all sides and use a small visegrip to slowly twist the inner wand until it loosens snd extends. I recommend using the visgrip to secure the wand in the fully extended position. (It seems this may easy rust inside.)

It is so nice to not have to put your hands in the dirty mop water, just pump the pedal says it all. Saw the commercials on TV too, so nice to have and use. Would recommend this product to all people who mop their floors!

I've only used this once but I think it is going to work out for me. We have a small space and stuff so I thought the triangle shape head would get around unlike the rectangle, which seems to be more designed for large spaces. The only con is that the bucket is quite large. Now to find a place to store it.

Do not buy this mop. Pedal/wringer cannot handle the weight of the wet mop. Spin basket doesn’t return to start position after depressing it. Such an expensive investment to fail so quickly. Also as someone else noted, center of gravity for bucket handle placement is off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop does exactly what a mop and bucket should do. The mop head is very good at getting under counter overhangs or under stove front sections. The triangular head after some usage is helpful at pulling dirt and other items out from under these areas. The bucket and wring function so far work well and do provide a fair bit of control over the amount of water left in the mop head when using.

I found the item easy to assemble when studying the box; only a few parts, which is a definite plus. The only real issue I have is that the mop does not wring as dry as I would prefer; applying extra pressure to the mop in the spin basket causes the pedal to slip. But overall, the floors were clean with a minimum of effort, with the mop head reaching most areas. Filling and emptying the pail was easy, if not over-filled; I had no trouble lifting it to the sink while over half full. Much less expensive than the "kits" with the smelly solutions; being able to choose the appropriate cleaner for my needs is an added plus.

I read the reviews and was very excited to use this mop and bucket. The mop handle is very thin and not well thought out with the design. Literally with in a minute of use the mop handle bent. I think for the money they charge for a mop and bucket it should last longer than a minute.

Okay, so I read the reviews and alllllllll the complaints about the handle. After I opened it and put it together, I thought the same exact thing. Not even my mom, who is 4'11", could comfortably use thing this. It's ridiculous and laughably short!! As someone with back problems, this was very much a "chore" and caused a flare up. I bought a "replaceable" type handle, in hopes that I could change this one out. When I got home, I started to twist the bottom to see if it unscrewed and what happened? I discovered that there was another (3rd) part to the extension! There is 3 parts to this handle, not 2! It became a "standard" height at that point. Now my only complaint. I used it today after discovering this, and yes, while it's much more manageable, if you try to apply any real "pressure" to kind of scrub down an area, the handle starts to collapse back down. That was pretty annoying because some areas might need a little more scrubbing. Aside from that, it does what it's supposed to do. The spin feature to "drain" the mop of extra water is great, and being able to wash and or replace the mop head is great.

This product works great for me and my husband--I think he loves it better than me---I just washed the mop head and it came out great( nothing torn or missing) I would recommend getting a second mop head---when we mop with it, there are no streaks and the floors gets clean the first time--You came use a lot of water or as little water as you want and do not have to use your hands to ring the mop head--PERFECT!!--I through away the old mop as soon as I got this spin mop--I do not regret my purchase at all--I will get my mother one and tell our daughter-in-laws about this product---
