After using the Swiffer sweeper and wet mop system for the last couple of years, I finally got tired of how poorly designed that is (I had to put 2 small cloths on the large mop head) so I got this and it works great, according to my son, who actually did the mopping. Also, he was concerned about the chemicals in the Swiffer wet mop cloths, as the cat is exposed to them. He used vinegar, which I put lavender oil into, and it cleaned uo well. His only complaint was the mop should be longer---he is 6'4". But the spinning thing works good, the bucket is the right size for my sink, all A -OK!

super lightweight, does the job good. adjustable handle works good, also great for easily cleaning baseboards. highly reccomend for doing floors. the spin function to ring the mop out works wonderful, just be careful not to apply too much pressure to the spin bucket lever. absolutely the best mop ive ever owned. makes cleaning floor very easy and i enjoy how lightweight the mop is even when its wet. good for cleaning up quick spills. this is definitely the best mop ive owned in my entire life and well worth the money. only downside is buying replacement mops heads, but i found generic mop heads on amazon that do fit this mop so i also saved some money there. mop works great. i absolutely love it!

the same mop is sold by Walmart , Amazon and Target under many many different brand names but it is the exact same mop all of them says it's 99% effective with just water. nowhere in any of their ads do they tell you do not use disinfectants of any type especially Clorox except on the box when you get it home.please someone tell me of anyone in America it just cleans their floor with plain water.

This WAS the 4 th one I’ve bought…. The gears DO NOT hold up no matter how gently the pedal is pumped to spin the mop out. This last O Cedar spin mop did NOT LAST A MONTH before the gears would NOT allow the pedal to return to the up position to pump the spinner to spin the water out of the mop. In theory the concept is great however it is by no means has the durability that the plastic gears can supply…..

So far this seems to work really great! I’ve. Wen using the swifter wet jet for years but my floors still seem sticky with it and always dirty if I wipe up with a paper towel right after. I only mopped my kitchen, breakfast area and hallway and the water was dirty brown when it was just mopped with a swifter the day before. My kids also really enjoy using it and watching it spin! Maybe they will be apt to help clean the floors more often now.

Everything about this item is pretty great! Just a few things that I feel could use a bit of tweaking. The graphic on the box to extend the handle is incorrect. A more accurate description and graphic would be more helpful. I had to look up how to properly extend the handle. After that, I was able to use the mop to full capability. Everything else worked perfectly! And I loved it when I figured it out.

This is the best mop I have ever used. In my 70 years of cleaning it is the best one. It gets in the corners it dries very quickly because you can use very very hot water. I have to use my tennis shoe to work the spinner. You won’t be sorry you bought it and you will love cleaning your floors....I paid 29.99 but it may go down in price eventually. Thank you O Cedar!

I love this product, the one with the step pedal, I use it so often that I have worn out a few of these. Just make sure it has a step pedal which spins it. The ones where the spinning is done by the mop post are junk, so make sure you get one with a pedal on the bucket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "spin mop & bucket" is a good household item to have. Easy to assemble the mop and it's ready to use. The mop head shape really good for getting into corners with semi-triangle mop head. The spin bucket works as it should and you can spin to the dampness you want. I am not sure if practical but small wheels on the bucket would really be nice but a good system as it is !

This is the best product ever, it cleans in places that a regular mop just wouldn't go, dries quickly. Only 4 stars because I have a back injury (disc herniation w/ a tear) and I am 6 ft tall, so it bothers my back. But it's very fun to use, my children like to mop now!
