By following the directions that are printed on the box it comes in, the set up and use is a snap! There is no printed instructions inside the carton. My wife cut the instructions out of the box and put them in a drawer for future reference. By spinning 2 or 3 lever pushes my wife said that she had no problem putting the amount of water down she wanted to put down. After the floor is washed the last time she went over that area again after she spun it 4 times and picked up any excess water. She said it dried faster than normal. She liked being able to use her favorite floor cleaning detergent.

The pedal stopped connecting to the mechanism of the bucket so no matter how many times you press on the pedal the spinner wouldn't spin. I reached out to the manufacturer itself and after exchaning numerous emails and pictures they were very unhelpful and game me the run around! Buyers remorse, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT! They refuse to stand behind their product! Lesson learnt!

The o'cedar mop has been "redesigned". It is mop tiny! Takes a long time for larger room. Less sturdy than the older ones with the absorbent strips. The bucket is still a good size but the wringer with step pedal is cheaply made and does NOT WRING ONE DROP of moisture from mop strings. I end up squeezing the water by hand. worthless.

The spin mop works great and very convenient. Makes mopping a breeze! I like that it allows you to wring out the mop so that it doesn’t soak the floor to much. I was using a regular mop before and it didn’t work nearly as well as this one does. I only wish that it had rollers on the bottom so I wouldn’t have to lift it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product I received was defective and very poor quality plastic. I was very disappointed because I have seen this product advertised. I chose it because I'm always looking for better floor options. The handle had no strength to it, but even worse it would not snap or screw to any thing, it would not extend and stay. Even if it would have worked I still would not have cared for this mop system. The O-Ceder mop was a definite flop!!!! Cheap...cheap....cheap!! I'm very surprised that this has been sold to consumer's. I know that we as consumer's have strong purchasing power. I want products that work and make my life easier and this would just be upsetting. I would not recommend this product to anyone! Very cheaply made, extremely flemsey and it doesn't meet my purchase standards

Bucket and mop were purchased in May 2020. I mop my floors once a week, light mopping as all are finished 200 year old wood floors-meaning the mop and bucket are used lightly and with care. Bucket is emptied immediately upon finishing, sprayed out and left to dry. Bucket began to catch while spinning in July. By August it was unusable to spin the mop out. Inspection shows the spinning mechanism is rusted. Rust. In a mop bucket. That is supposed to be filled with water to function. A completed waste of very limited funds during this time period. This product didn't even last six months.

I am so impressed with this product. Who knew, I have a favorite mop! It is very easy to use. Just put your cleaning product in, add some water, dip the mop, and spin. It is great that you can spin the mop so it doesn’t leave your floor soaking wet. It’s easy with the mop to scrub certain spots because the mop is able to be bent around to where you need it to go. It’s also great that the mop isn’t a complete circle, it’s kind of a triangle shape, which makes it easy to get corners.

This product works great for me and my husband--I think he loves it better than me---I just washed the mop head and it came out great( nothing torn or missing) I would recommend getting a second mop head---when we mop with it, there are no streaks and the floors gets clean the first time--You came use a lot of water or as little water as you want and do not have to use your hands to ring the mop head--PERFECT!!--I through away the old mop as soon as I got this spin mop--I do not regret my purchase at all--I will get my mother one and tell our daughter-in-laws about this product---

I really like it. The pole extents at bottom and top. the head snaps on. didnt fall off when i mopped a large area. The spinner kept the mop soggy enough but not dripping. I'm going to buy several replacements in case they discontinue this mop. i have bad luck with mops. Ill get a bucket for clean water and use the spin bucket for dirty but I havent needed it so far. we track dirt into our food truck from events and I swept then mopped and only used the spinner bucket. My floor was clean. I posted a pic of the underside of the mop head. It is covered in fluffy mop not to scratch the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this mop. It's so much more than I was expecting and has amazing features. I haven't used a actual mop in years because I believed the steam mop was more efficient and sanitary. Well this product cut my floor cleaning time in half compared to the steam mop. Since I was able to control how much water I was putting on the floor, thanks to the wringing feature, I didn't have to go over a tough spot more than twice. The microfibers seemed to soak the dirt right up and the floor was dry within minutes. I also love the 360 feature and that it can get in any corner and under chairs with out any effort. The handle pole on this mop can adjust in two places with a few simple turns. This makes it great if there are people of varying heights using this product and for easy storage. I'm also a big fan of being able to remove the mop head and just toss it in the washer. So much more sanitary and efficient than the old mops in my day. If there was one thing I would change it would be placing a small non-abrasive scrub pad in the center but even without one this mop is great. Amazing product.
