As a professional janitor, I have a LOT of experience with mops. This is my favorite, and after months of daily use I can say that it does a great job cleaning and it is durable, with care. Some tips... make sure the mop is centered in the spinner bucket before spinning, press down slowly on the petal the first time, then faster. 3 steps is good for wet mopping, 6 steps can have the mop nearly too dry. Observe the arrow on the mop head, place the mop on the floor with that pointed in the direction you will initially push the mop for less flopping and hassle. With a little patience and practice, you could come to love this mop. I am getting one for my mother-in-law, and another (this will make three) for the business.

This product is much bigger than I expected. Fortunately it fits under the kitchen sink after removing cleaning products. I thought it would be small & compact as pictured in the add but I live in an apartment in a big city & have limited space. It could be great if you have large rooms to clean & storage space. Too me it's over priced but it's comparative to other cleaning products.

Our house has hardwood and ceramic tile floors - many square feet of them. Keeping everything mopped used to be a chore I hated. This mop and bucket system is awesome. The bucket only holds several gallons of water, making it easy to carry when I need to. The mop is small, so it gets into corners and hard to reach places. The spin feature works beautifully. Since I wash floors in sections, I don't mind that the mop head is small. This has made both general cleaning and quick spot cleanups fun. Seriously.

The concept of this bucket with microfiber mop is nice but it can be a little awkward using the system. The mop needs a lot more heft. If it had more fibers with a bigger head, it would be a lot better. I am short so I can get away with using the handle but it should be longer. I have had it for 3 years and it has kept its shape, fibers, very well. Warning, be careful when using the foot petal on a linoleum or tile floor because the friction may cause scratches to occur on the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this mop. It's so much more than I was expecting and has amazing features. I haven't used a actual mop in years because I believed the steam mop was more efficient and sanitary. Well this product cut my floor cleaning time in half compared to the steam mop. Since I was able to control how much water I was putting on the floor, thanks to the wringing feature, I didn't have to go over a tough spot more than twice. The microfibers seemed to soak the dirt right up and the floor was dry within minutes. I also love the 360 feature and that it can get in any corner and under chairs with out any effort. The handle pole on this mop can adjust in two places with a few simple turns. This makes it great if there are people of varying heights using this product and for easy storage. I'm also a big fan of being able to remove the mop head and just toss it in the washer. So much more sanitary and efficient than the old mops in my day. If there was one thing I would change it would be placing a small non-abrasive scrub pad in the center but even without one this mop is great. Amazing product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before trying out O-Cedar, I was using Libman and was perfectly content with my results. After O-Cedar, I felt cheated. The mopping experience was totally different. Don't get me wrong, Libman worked great, but O-Cedar was way better. The fibers will let you know when it's time to stop before you'll start hearing a scraping sound on your tiles, that means the cotton is thirsty for more water...lol. And don't get me started on the easy wring bucket. Even my 5yo wants to mop just to have fun with it. I'm a stickler for clean floors because I have little ones and O-Cedar mop gave me the satisfaction I need.

Since I have chronic lower back pain I did not know if I could even use this system. The first use showed me this is one system I can surely use. I put about two gallons of warm water into the bucket and add one half cup all purpose cleaner (it is best to check with your flooring manufacturer to find out what type cleaner to use). For my usage I dip the mop into the water/cleaner combination and spin the mop twice, go over the floor, rinse the mop and spin it four or five times and go back over the floor again to mop up any water left from the first mopping. The way the spinner works allows you to use as much or as little water as needed. The effort to use the mop is so low I do not have to worry about additional back ache. I am truly impressed with the mop head, the spinner and the hard plastic bucket. In my opinion you cannot go wrong with this mopping system. Also, I later purchased three additional mop heads because I think this system will last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this mop and bucket system. The spinning system in the bucket used to wring out the mop is fantastic. I can mop the floors in my apartment without getting my hands wet or dirty. The wringing is done by pressing the pedal on the bucket to spin the water out of the mop. Ask the instructions note, push the petal 3 times to use the mop to wash and press the pedal 5 times and the mop is wet enough for wet mopping. The instructions are fairly accur ate. The whole spinning system feels strong and very smooth. The bucket is the right so size and the adjustable mop handle is very comfortable to use. This is a great idea and upgrade for cleaning my floors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have vinyl wood flooring and this Cedar O Mop and bucket is perfect! I don’t have to fill the bucket very full of water and solution. The mop is great with the adjustments for use. Very easy on the back. The mop fibers are great as they get in the small grooves in the floor and really get it clean. The foot pedal is amazing and another back saver. I step on it about 20 times and the mop is almost dry! Very easy to use and fast. Great design as it really saves my back. Very impressed!

This mop worked great for a very short period of time. Maybe 2 months is how long it lasted. The handle then would not operate the way that it should. If you messed with it long enough it would work, but then a few weeks after that it just broke completely. Love the concept, but for the price, it should not be a disposable item. I replaced this mop with another spin mop that I found on Amazon for a better price, and over the past year it has held up nicely. So it is a better quality as well.
