This is the way a mop should work, it is almost effortless to use. this is a great tool we have in our home.

Box had been opened and re tapped. Mop head missing. Was an obvious return from another customer and then sold to me as new.

Pole is on the short side. So if you’re taller than 5’4 you’ll need to buy an extender or something. Worked fantastic though
