Loved how the mop works. But realized the bucket had a crack at the bottom. Leaked all over my floor.

the mop handle would not stay extended..kept collapsing. finally got it to stay..mop head is also my ch smaller than the previous one i owned.

simplest mopping ever! swiffers are great but when you have something nasty to clean up this product is number one!

It product is poorly made flimsy telescoping handle is poorly designed, doesn't extended. And if it does, doesn't remain so... slides down
