I purchased this mop online and the handle is broken. How do I get a new mop in place of this one please advise.

I am really happy with this, it made mopping so much easier and my floors were well cleaned! Easy to use and time saving. Absolutely recommend it.

Works great, much better then a swiper. So glad I don't have to haul around the big ole yellow bucket and mop.

Works well, though I find the spin mechanism is a lil fragile, so you have to be easy when you use it

Retired senior in an apartment this works out perfectly for me with the telescopic pole makes it easy storage

I have problems with my back but this Mop is super light and very absorbent. I love it and recomend it completely.

I had to send it back the part where you step on to spin out was making loud noise and getting stuck.

I love the idea but how does it actually squeeze the water out? Also, the extend is too short. I have to bend down mop properly. Very disappointed
