If you are experiencing issues with the handle not locking, please try the following steps in order to engage the locking mechanism in the handle. <br /><br />1) Extend the red handle halfway on the gray pole<br />2) Lock the handle at the halfway point<br />3) If the handle locks, unlock the handle and extend to the desired length<br />4) Lock at the desired length<br /><br />If you are experiencing an issue with the lower gray section, extend the lower extension out halfway and follow steps 2-4. <br /><br />If this does not work, please reach out to us at ocedar.com/contact-page so we can help further!

We appreciate the feedback! The red triangle-shaped frame and connector on the RinseClean refill are smaller than the EasyWring Spin mop to provide improved maneuverability, however the actual microfiber mop strings are the same in size providing the same great cleaning performance and cleaning into tight spaces and corners. Hope this helps!
