I have only had this product for I think two months now and the Stepping tool where you step so you can drain the mop has broken already.

I purchased this an it only worked properly for 3 weeks. Ever since then, the spin peddle keeps making a cracking sound

Handle would not stay locked in place and handle was extremely short! If you are tall…. Your back will hate you!

Nice and easy to use. This mop wrings out super easy and covers a large area with each pass. Even my daughter said I love the new mop, Momma!

this is the WORST thing!!!! handle doesn't lock and keeps collapsing while you try and mop anything!!! outside of that itd be great

My handle broke before I could even use it, and it doesnt rinse water out good, I find I have to hand ring it so my floors arent seeping with water

It’s awesome when you don’t have to get your hand wet… it work wonderful on the floors and so easy to use, love cleaning my floors every day.
