Terrible mop head

The handle is not located in center of balance when filled with water. Making a mess when attempting to carry with water, keeps leaning towards one end. The original had a handle that allowed the mop to spin while holding onto the grip. This unit requires one to allow the pole to spin between one's fingers. Not a problem, but why copy the original, but leave out the best features.

Love it fast and easy

I liked this mop well enough but, unfortunately, it doesn't hold up. Like others have mentioned, the pin used to spin the mop rusted and now both the bucket and the mop are unusable. What a waste. For the price, it should hold up for years! I don't recommend this product, and would look elsewhere for a good, self- wringing, microfiber mop.

I purchased the spin mop and it worked fine the first 2 months. Then the handle started to collapse while mopping which got annoying. I tightened and followed the Ocedar you tube videos. Contacted customer service and provided pictures and details of problem along with my troubleshooting attempts. Their response was to give me the same troubleshooting shooting advice that I already tried. Then I started to have problems with the foot pedal getting stuck. Same process. After several emails and months later I get an e-gift card for less than what I paid and I have to cover the difference and tax. Warranty is a joke.

Good at first but then the step spinner broke felt like it was gonna break then it stopped spinning mops good when it worked didn’t even get to use all replacement heads just used it a handful of times was flimsy don’t have receipt so stuck with a bulky bucket

The combination micro fiber mop and the spin capability allows me to have cleanest floors while standing! No more on my knees utilizing microfiber clothes for scrubbing. I wipe the baseboards first and then hit the floor. I clean the mop in my vinegar water and then spin it until damp (not dripping and no hands!) I recommend this system!

Purchased this in June from Sam’s club after seeing so many rave about how awesome a mop it was. After purchasing I was ecstatic as I’d finally found the perfect mop or so I thought. Fast forward 3 months later, the pedal stopped working and I have to use my hand to pull it up. Needless to say it doesn’t dry as it used to and I have to pass a dry towel to remove the excess water. Not happy at al. And customer service has still not reached out after I contacted them. My $13 libman mop did a job almost as good and lasted way longer. Guess I’ll be returning to it.

This was supposed to include the spin mop system (bucket, handle, mop head and 3 extra mop heads) the box I bought o ly had 1 extra mop head. Contacted O-cedar and they are sending me a "one time courtesy coupon" to use towards the purchase of a mop head. So I'm supposed to spend more money to get what I already paid for and I would still be missing 1 mop head. I understand its not Sam's fault because they didn't pack the box but I wanted you to know ow so you can open in store to make sure all items are included. Especially if you live over 90 mins away.
