Handle keeps coming off and won’t let me return. I own a cleaning business with several of these and I’m very disappointed in this particular purchase

This is fantastic! Don't have to bend over to wring out the mop. Easy on my back! You can have a very wet mop or damp mop depending on how much you twirl the mop.

Love this! It is super easy to use. It does tend to make a weird clicking noise, but I’m hoping that’s normal. I also don’t love that the pole doesn’t stay in place. It often shortens in the middle of mopping.

love the mop and the bucket. rings out easily.making mopping easy. probably do it more often also. not so much of a chore as with past mops and buckets. love the ring out and not stooping

Works great on my ceramic tile and doesn't leave a film causing the problem of having to rinse and repeat like an old fashion sponge mop does. Love it!

I’m straight out of hospital/rehab so not able to fully operate yet. Although family has to fill/empty bucket for me, I was able to push handle to mostly wring out mop Once I’m able I think I’ll be even more satisfied

Just used for the first time and a total waste of money. The mop does not wring out in the bucket like it's suppose too. Very disappointed since its an O Cedar product. Unable to show picture

Fabulous floor washing system! So easy to use. Very effective. The mop heads are easy to change and clean. The do a great job of cleaning up messes. Great purchase!!

Very flimsy mop. The head is too small, thin. The handle isn’t sturdy, and will bend fold up with too much handling pressure. I’ll go bk to old school mop, much better, cheaper, and lasts much longer with a better clean

First use the spin wheel didn’t work ask description or videos shown, thought it was a just bad luck but bought a second one and the same thing happened. Pedal wasn’t hit hard just not what I thought it would be for the price.
