I had to modify it.

The telescopic handle/stick kept collapsing and was alittle short. Had to swap it out with another single piece broomstick in my house. If you push too hard on the mop spin pedal you can hear the gears striping every once in a while.

I love the ease of this product. The only drawback is the handle connection to the mop head becomes disconnected. Not sure if a defect. We will continue to use.

Handle was difficult to adjust and lock. I had to call O Cedar to get it right. Bucket is light weight mop heads seem good but the attachment to the handle seems sketchy. Haven't used it yet may have to return.

We're sorry to hear that ☹️This should help you out! -Hold the red handle in your right hand - grey in left. -Extend halfway (not fully) turn red handle away from you to lock. -Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway, turn toward you to lock. The mop was unusable. The handle doesn’t stay extended. I would end up trying to mop with an 18 inch mop handle. The mop head kept coming detached from the handle.

I’ve had the Cedar spin mop before with no issues. This one the spinning action doesn’t work all the time or the pedal gets stuck at the bottom. Hopefully I’ll be able to return or exchange for a different one. Maybe it is defective.
