Came in broken, looked like it was returned by someone but I bought this “new”. The stick was coming out of the box so I should have expected since then that there would be a problem.

Not sure if mine is just faulty or what, but my mop does not stay in an outward position. It collapses in on itself over and over. So frustrating to try and mop the floor.

This is the best thing since sliced bread! the mop is so incredibly quality and the wringer is so fun! This cleans my floors great. You wont regret this purchase.

Love the hands free spinning. I should have order a second mop head and it is a little larger bucket then expected but fits in space nicely. Over all love it !

This is the easiest mop to handle that I've ever owned. It's a breeze to wring out with the built in spinner and it glides across different types of flooring.

I love the bucket and the mop cleans very well, but the handle is not long enough for a woman over 5 ’6. I’m thinking this has to be a faulty product. I have searched for a way to extend it, but it absolutely will not extend

When spinning the mop, you have to kind of loosely grip the pole so it can spin. Also the mop head is thin when wet. If you don't put the mop on the floor correctly, the plastic head will also slide on the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was nice %26 easy to use, once scrubbing hard stuck on substance the mop handle.fell off. I was able to put it back on but was a little messy.

This mop meets my expectations. It is light and just a bit stiff at the base of the handle where it attaches to the mop head. I hope it will loosen as it is used. The bucket is large and easy to use and carry.

First of all…my vinyl wood floors say THANK YOU! Cleans and the spin allows the mop head to dry enough for me to wipe excess water up! Also, I don’t have to bend over and wring out the water from the dirty mop head! Hallelujah!
