The difference between older wood floors and tile

This is a great product , but doesn’t glide on older wood floors as well as tile. Maybe after the fibers on the mop are broken in, it will be easier.

i like that it spins dry. I don't like that the mop is being dipped in dirty water and that the mop head flips. I also don't like that I can't return it for the two bucket system

We're sorry to hear that ☹️This should help you out! -Hold the red handle in your right hand - grey in left. -Extend halfway (not fully) turn red handle away from you to lock. -Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway, turn toward you to lock.
