Replaced my BISSELL Crosswave because it became too inconvenient to clean all the internal parts and brush, plus was only good for spot cleaning. This mop and bucket is great for a quick thorough cleaning.

Made mopping so easy. I’m 77 years old and don’t mind mopping nearly as much. I’m able to keep my floors so much cleaner now. I’ve always heard that your house is only as clean as your floors are!!!

The product seems flimsy. If the unit lasts longer than a year I would make it 5 stars. Otherwise, the mop head and spin does a good job. My use is hardwood floors, I want less water.

I loved the ease of putting the mop to ring it, however, it does not ring it out well. The bucket does not have wheels either. Over all I still have to get my hands dirty ring it out. It only dries out the outer part of the mop not the inside.

I bought this for my sister because I love mine so much. I also have one at the church building that I clean. These are great. Personally I like this one better than the other style.

Love the mop but I would definitely recommend buying multiple heads for it. Because they get dirty really quickly and you don't want to run them through the washer between cleaning every room in your house.

Really don't need any soap. And my floors are cleaner now than before with my regular damp mop. It is exactly as it says it is. Please remember no wheels

Terrible don’t recommend, returned, spinner didn’t work, I originally order the original one which is cheaper but they sent me the more expensive version but unfortunately it didn’t work for me

I love that this item picks up dirt and doesnt spread it around the floor. The mophead also allows you to scrub the floor without getting on your hands ansd knees. This is the best purchase I've made in a while!

I love the hands free spin-wring of the mop bucket. But the mop head matts up badly and I had to untangle it a few times . I still will use it but wish there was a way to keep the mop head from getting matted up during use.
