Got this mop twice today. First time I got it there was no mop head. Did a refund and repurchased again. Got home and there is no handle. First box totally open. Second box had a huge hole on the side. RIDICULOUS

This spin mop is amazing…no more hands in dirty water. It is very well made and easy to maneuver. I would definitely recommend this mop to my family and friends.

I don't see anything special about this mop. The spin action works well to get rid of excess mop water. But the handle would not stay. It cam off of the mop head when the mop head was full of mop water. Even after extending it all the way

I bought this a couple weeks ago and love it. I had a similar mop/bucket by another mfg and it lasted about a year. The is very sturdy and does the job.

The mop handle does not walk into place. So when I mop my floors, it slides down to the smallest linked.So when I try to lock it so that the handle is long enough, it will not lock into place

Great mop system! The bucket is the universes gift to moppers backs everywhere and the mop itself does a great job cleaning all the kid messes. I have even used it to clean higher and lower on the walls than my body would allow! Sinply amazing 👏

I've heard good things about these. So when it was time to replace my mom and bucket I picked it up. I'm a bit disappointed... The bucket isn't very high quality and I can imagine it not lasting too long.

I love this mop and it is so amazing!!!! Your floors will get so clean! And afterwards I just wash the mop head in the washer and it’s back clean to use the next time! Love!!

I am on my third mop and bucket. I wore the others Out mopping and leaving bucket on porch. This new one spins even better than the older ones and I am leaving this one in laundry instead of porch!

mop is great but foot pedal on bucket broke on 2nd use. i didnt want to go back to the store so i just fixed broken plastic at home with soldering iron
