Good product, I like using it--less messy. The only negative is that it's a little difficult to spin with the lever. Seems it could be a little bigger.

the pedal is hard for me to use. the mop head then is way too wet and leaves streaks and puddles. I was so excited when I ordered it. a big let down.

telescopic handle very short. i am a short person and had to bend down to use. mop head did wash up nicely. i liked the Liberman bocket and mop a lot better.

The handle messed up the first time I used it. Maintenance had to glue it. I did not even bother with trying to send it back. Should have. I have one at home that is so much more sturdy, same brand.
