Spray mops and battery powered floor cleaners can only do so much on a dog kennel area in my basement. I needed an old fashoned mop to do the job. This is exactly that with improvements to make life easier. One spin of the head and it's ready to go. The mop heads are simple to change, clean nicely and the bucket is easy to fill and dump.

I bought a more expensive set and it failed miserably. Went back to this one. This is my second set. They don't last forever, but while they last they are the handiest thing you can have around the house. Our entire home is tile and pets and there is constant spills and clean up. This makes it so easy. I just love these units. I just wish they'd last longer.

I was excited to use this mop and had seen a similar product on TV. The mop appeared flimsy and although I only used it once, the threads were already coming out. The mop left my hardwood floors very streaked and dull. I would not recommend this mop.

This is the only mop I’ll use I had never used one till I started doing commercial cleaning my boss had one that he used and I fell in love with it so for the last 4 years it the only one I’ll use I use them for my cleaning company and in my own home it just seems like it works so much better and u don’t have to get ur hands wet while doing it

This is not my first spin mop and bucket system. This one is very poorly made. The pedal “skips” it makes a loud POP when the pedal is pressed and doesn’t spin. This happens frequently. The mop, while I realize it is a telescoping handle, one section will not lock into place and continually recedes while in use. I had my first spin mop system for over 8 years. The only reason I got a new one was because the mop broke and I couldn’t find a decent replacement. This isn’t it.

I’ve been debating on purchasing one of these for a long time because I absolutely despise mopping (the original way). It kept popping up on ads and I finally decided to try this thing out. My goodness… I’m in love! I would say the one this I wish it did was squeeze the mop and not just spin. But either way, it’s great and does what it needs to!

my old spin bucket was on wheels making it easier to move around. i think the foot pedal was easier to push than the O CEDAR. i have used this one and thrown the box away or i would return. good news i still have my old bucket that i will be using with he O CEDAR mop.

Lightweight, easy to use, only drawback is that the end swivels. It makes it feel a little sloppy bc of this, especially when trying to clean a vertical area and it keeps turning. But other than that I am very happy with it so far. I love the ease of using it and could use it daily as it doesn't seem like a chore...

The concept is great. I wanted a good old fashioned mop and bucket. The spinning was an added bonus. What was not great however was the handle. I’m a bigger guy and I like to scrub the floors to ensure cleanliness. I knew it wouldn’t last when the 3 parts started bowing while mopping. After two uses one of the extensions will no longer lock. I tried for a wooden painters pole hoping I could just use it but realized the threaded mop head was a different size and the paint pole wouldn’t screw in. I then proceeded to pick up a broom (from o-cedar) with a fixed handle hoping the threaded end would line up…. Got home and give it a shot and still didn’t line up. I understand making your product where it only threads up to your product but PLEASE at least offer an optional fixed handle.

Like I stated, I never thought I would be excited about a mop! This O-Cedar Easy Wring Spin Mop & Bucket System, is fantastic. The mop cleans well and is easy to use. My favorite feature though is the "spin system". After you dip the mop from the bucket to the spin side, you can either spin the mop once, (by pressing down on the foot pedal) or as many times as you want to. What I do is, the first time I use the mop, I only press down on the foot pedal once. This puts more water on the floor from the mop. Then I go back and dip the mop again, only this time I spin the mop about seven times. This makes the mop "damp", and easy to pick up the initial water from the floor. Within a few minutes, the floor is dry because the mop picks up the water so well with the microfibers. It's really a great system. I also used it on hardwood floors and they turned out beautiful. I just used water on them. Be sure not to over fill the bucket or the water will fill in the spin side of the bucket. If you only fill the bucket to the fill mark, it isn't to heavy, but may be a little hard for a elderly person or a person that may be a little fraile. I don't have to wait for hours for the floor to dry anymore. This really is great and well worth the money.
