I was pleased with the quality of the bucket, spinner and handle. However, the floor I'm using it on is somewhat rough; the mop head started "stranding out" and fraying before I was done with the first cleaning, leaving the mop a clump of tangled strands. So for my usage it was not ideal, but on an smooth floor I imagine it would be very nice. The spinner works just as advertised; sends the mop spinning and gets it very damp dry in a matter of seconds.

I love this system for cleaning my floors. The spin mop makes it so easy! I rinse the mop in the sink or tub to eliminate any dirt picked up from the floor and then put back into the bucket with my cleaning solution and water. I spin the mop with the foot pedal and the mop has the correct degree of wetness without being too wet or overly dry. I have bought a number of these for family and friends as gifts. Everyone agrees how much easier this system is than the handle squeeze mop.

The mop handle does not work at all. The top part of the pole will not connect to the bottom. The bottom part of the pole has an extender, but it does not lock in place. (If you put the slightest bit of pressure on it, the pole slides back down.) This mop is worthless. I paid over $30 for a bucket.

I like not have to bend over to wring out the mop. That feature saves my back. My only complaint is that you have to adjust the mop head while mopping. If not. the mop head rolls and the plastic that attaches it to the mop handle will scrape on the floor. Otherwise, it does a good job.

I love this mop %26 bucket. Easy to use, easy to clean. Just pop the mop head off the base and throw it in the wash for next time. The spinner part really removes excess of water. I usually spin it about 3 turns because anything more than that, it'll spin it completely dry. Definitely recommend this product!

I’m always looking for a simpler and more effective way to clean the floors. I have two pugs so cleaning up after them is a never ending chore. The spin mop makes things easier and cleans the tile and the hardwood really well. I love the way the clean floors feel when I’m done. No problem with sticky messes and it dries pretty fast depending on the humidity. I use vinegar and a few drops of blue dawn and the floors are clean and shiny! Ahhhh.

I love this mop, and I have used every mop made, Swiffer, Shark steam mop, Mr Clean, and several others, this mop cleans my floors the best out of all of them, makes it squeaky clean and even clean the grooves in my linoleum!! I highly recommend you try this!

I love it would not go back to normal mop it is amazing and the easy ring out is great. Now on the other hand... i do not like the fact that this mop dose not come this a handle that is easy to hold when you are spinning it out there is nothing on there that you can hold still while the handle spins but that is my only complaint at all would recommend this for sure

This is the second one I bought since I brought mine to my restaurant. It works and cleans so much better than any mop I’ve ever used. Plus there’s so many different attachments I love it. Also I did try the newer version with the clean water and did not like it as much. I simply make a clean water bucket and spin the dirty water and excess water out.

It took me 10 times to figure out the darn handle, I did not know it had 2 areas to extend it at, the way bottom of the handle then further up. The pail leaves black streaks on my white floor. What I DISLIKE the most is the plastic head rubs on the floor more then then mop head, the sound of it rubbing on the floor is annoying. I feel it leaves the floor very wet yet even after I pump the pump 8 times. The only good thing I learned on a Facebook site was to use powdered Tide in the water, that works well. I think I will go back to my old mop :(
