The concept is great but be ready to go buy another type of mop which makes this not worth buying. The strings turned into a cotton ball as soon as you dip into the water and spin. I bought replacements thinking that maybe my box came with a bad head. Will the exact same thing happen! Not sure of everyone else got better quality but mine sucks!! Word investment ever. I will definitely return it to the store!

The trlescopic mop handle is advertised that it extends to 48". Mine will only extend to 36" which is definitely not ideal or comfortable for anyone over 5 feet. Plus, the handle won't lock into place so it keeps collapsing as I'm trying to mop. Pretty cheap for a $36 mop.

Used it once and the handle stripped out the mop head. and the mop heads, all tangled up all the strings. It’s like balling up a white T-shirt and tying it to a broom. For the price, the threads could’ve been metal.bucket and ringers seems to be great. The mop and handle sucks.

I like the concept of the spin bucket but as for the mop and for the taller people in the world, it should be able to extend longer and the mop head should be a lot thicker and fluffier. I feel like I’m just scraping my floor. definitely not what I thought and definitely not worth that price. I literally just like the bucket. Smh

Overall I’m pretty pleased with this product. I especially like the shape of the mop because it allows me to get into corners that other mops don’t. The spin bucket is handy and easy to use. I like that the mop handle can be pushed down for easy storage. I would recommend this product.

I’m not sure if I am using it correctly because it doesn’t wring out the water. I have to push really hard. And the handle gets stuck so it’s harder to mop when it’s 2 inches tall. It holds too much water. Also, I’d prefer there to be a drain to empty the water.

Not happy that the delivery person did not ring my bell to let me know that the package was sitting outside of my door. Why would anyone leave a large box outside of someone's door and not ring the bell? Fortunatly I was still awake at 8:30pm and saw the packag when I took out the trash.

Dont waste your money or your time. The original one I got was used and low-key garbage...not sturdy in the least. I returned before using personally, but from what I heard from friends who have used it, it's a big "No". You can't "really clean" with it, if ya digg...🤷🏽‍♀️
