The handle is short and if youre mopping and use the mop to scrub the floor with a little more pressure the mop handle goes in and you have to stop and pull the handle back up. Its not long enough. This mop is for short people no taller than 4"11. You'll get back pain using this short handle mop

I like this a lot, its simple to use. Only issues i have with it is that the handle is to short and when I try to adjust it it just comes apart. Also when ordering replacement heads be sire to double check that you are hetting the right ones. I guess I ordered the round ones instead of the tri angular ones and didnt realize it untol inopened them so i couldnt return them. But it works great, my granddaughter loves to step on the spinner and help me mop.

Easy to use mop! Love how quickly and well it wrings out and I never have to touch it. Fiber of the mop is super absorbent and cleans easily. Don't know how long it will last, but i'm glad I got it, and would probably buy another one if this one gives up the ghost. It took me a little while to figure out how to extend the second section, but I was willing to use it even before I figured it out!

To be fair, it’s getting 4 stars because of my mistake. I thought I was getting the model where the dirty and clean water are separate but I did not. This model is still nice, it’s easy to set up and use. I like the ease and convenience of it. Not much to it, but it’s efficient.

Multiple issues. Purchased 12/28/20, bucket mechanism broke 02/01/21 with regular use. I'm 5'8" and have to stoop over to use the mop (yes, it's fully extended). When following the directions for removing the mop portion by holding the material with my foot, the entire head comes off. I have to use my hands to pull it apart (yuck). The microfiber material does not let go of any debris (pieces of a leaf) that it may pick up - even with machine washing. The mop fibers tend to fold under and bunch up - they do not splay out nicely as they do in the video. I have to hold it up and twirl it to spread out the mop - a really good way to sprinkle out mop water on the furniture and cabinetry.

I understand the tempted concept, but what a major fail. I recently purchased this thing, used it one time and haven't used it since due to the back pain it caused trying to use something that was suppose to be easy. The handles are short which makes you to bend over to use product. The round spin rinser keeps hitting the triangle head of the mop which is a problem when wanting to ring mop out. 100% not worth the money. I want my money back cause I had to go buy another mop and bucket.

I bought this in my 10th attempt to find something that would work well on my flooring. I have linoleum floors that look like hardwood and every other product I tried did NOT work. I was at my wits end on trying to get my floors clean until I found this! It has all the features of a traditional mop and bucket with tons of added conveniences! It works great for anyone, especially busy moms on the go that just don't have the time to rinse the mop head and dry it out. Just toss it and go!

This is good for people who cant wring out due to back restrictions, disability, I had to find something I loved it until my handle broke! I had to replace the whole system again just to get the handle. I looked online and they offered other models but couldnt find this one. If Im wrong

This mop is the best ever! I've used lots of mops in my lifetime and this one is outstanding. Cleans great, gets in corners and under furniture, and you can control how much water is needed. It also comes with the extra pads which is a great perk. The replacement pads alone aren't cheap.

Hi, I had one of these I purchased from another store, well it didn’t last long before it broke down. This product I have now, it’s pretty sturdy and good to handle. It was funny at first I couldn’t get the handle to get longer lol, but finally it worked out.
