Overall this is a great item. The only downside is the pedal to wring out the mop. It’s higher and requires you to lift your foot to use it. That’s not going to mean anything to most people, but if you’re disabled like me it’s a factor. So far I’ve just made sure to place it near something I can hold on to and it works fine.

This mop was recommended to me so I decided to splurge a little and get it. I have a small two bedroom apartment with tile floors throughout. I moped the kitchen and it did amazing! The handle did push down once with scrubbing. Then I moved to my living room and the handle folded in again! This time when I pulled it back up it completely fell apart. I used my broom handle to replace it while I finished and then I returned it because for the price it should come with a sturdy handle.

I wish the mop handle was a little bit longer and a little bit heavier weight. I am a 5”4’ tall woman, and I seem to have to hunch over to use the mop. I am also a big girl (300lbs) so I tend to use a lot more weight when mopping and it feels like it’s going to break

this mop was so very easy to install and a kid can do this. I have used it a few times after I received the mop. the spin and mop is a great ideal for any one. works great and did a super clean job on my tile flooring thru out my home. and thanks so very much. one happy customer!!!!

I have purchased two of these in the last year. And found that the gears are made of plastic and needs to be replaced if you can find the parts. Its a great idea but faulty mechanical parts. The first one lasted less then a year and I replaced it and this one is used less then 3 months and the gears are slipping so the mop does not ring out all the water, it drips so now I am hand wringing iand just not a happy camper. When I pay this kind of price for a bucket Id like for it to last long then 90 days just out side of warranty. I love the concept it worked great at start but. It turns into junk. The makers need to improve the gears. $30 bucks for a bucket is expensive for me.

The bucket do not wring the mop out good. In fact the mop doesn’t fit in the slot good, and when it’s spinning water is dripping on the floor from the back. Also, cotton threads and balls are left all on the floor while mopping that you got to sweep behind your mopping. The worse I have had in a mop and bucket for this price. Then I order 3 replacement heads for mop.

The foot pedal to make it spin is easy on my arthritic joints. I can push it down wearing socks. I got one for the bathroom/pet area and one for the other non-pet areas. The spin mechanism gets more of the water out and speeds the drying time on vinyl flooring. I love the combo pack.

The Mop head is kind of thin, well not as thick as I would like it to be my house has 2 levels and 100% wood. I have to change the water 2/3 times when mopping each level. Causing me to have to use a lot of materials and supplies in one cleaning so yeah I gave it 3 stars because it gets the job done I guess.

The handle is short and if youre mopping and use the mop to scrub the floor with a little more pressure the mop handle goes in and you have to stop and pull the handle back up. Its not long enough. This mop is for short people no taller than 4"11. You'll get back pain using this short handle mop

I like this a lot, its simple to use. Only issues i have with it is that the handle is to short and when I try to adjust it it just comes apart. Also when ordering replacement heads be sire to double check that you are hetting the right ones. I guess I ordered the round ones instead of the tri angular ones and didnt realize it untol inopened them so i couldnt return them. But it works great, my granddaughter loves to step on the spinner and help me mop.
