I like it came with the bucket that is lightweight with handle but thats where any good review stops. The mop spin, doesnt really do anything..the mops head is still quite soaked after spinning. Waste of money, I will keep the bucket but go back to the sponge mop to avoid water soaked floors.

I love that the mop heads can be tossed in the washing machine and that you can buy extra. Easy to control the dampness of the mop. Just amazing all around. I do wish it was easier to use the mop to clean baseboards but the head flips around too easily.

Worst mop I've ever had. The bucket handle is off center so it leans to one side when you carry it. When you wring the mop out, it spins the whole mop, including the handle, and it doesn't get enough water out. I'm going to get another spin mop and get rid of this cheap, flimsy piece of junk.

Works pretty well just that because the mop head is microfiber it doesn't scrub even the most basic dried on food. The handle is extendable I found out which is very important because I'm 6'6. I only wish the mop bucket had wheels and that the spin feature was used to clean the mop in the water as well as to dry the mop.

this product was very disappointing. It doent spin the mop out all the way.mop was very wet after it was spun out. The handle doesn't stay in one place. As youre mopping, the handle loosens and slips down. Going to store for a refund today which is very inconvenient for me!

My overall experience is good.....the mop bucket is small and requires lots of water change for large jobs....cleans well for everyday maintenance.....Not for tough jobs.....the mop is a little awkward and small.....Do Not Carry By Handle When Filled With Water.....Overall it DOES what it says and keeps my hands out of nasty water and CLEAN :)

i dont have to touch the mop with my hands i love that. i have Fibromyalgia and severe pain in my hands and this mop is perfect. so easy to use. i bought one for my mom and my sisster and they are obsessed with it too. you can use it damp or dry to do walls, floor boards, the ceiling and so much more. its pricey. i wish they would bring the price down

I really like it all in all but it would be even nicer if it would stay better when extending the stick. At one point it pinched me after trying to shorten while I was using it which reallllyyy hurt. Worked perfectly to wash my walls then mop the floors for my spring cleaning.

I remember when I bought the first spin mop, I loved to mop with that thing! And then, when they come out with the dual chambers, I thought oh this is going to be an upgrade. But I didn’t like it. It was slightly more of a downgrade. I gave it to my daughter. And I ordered the original, now I’m back to enjoying mopping!!

The only thing I don’t like is that the broom handle isn’t easy to lock I am tall so it’s important to have a long stick for my back. The extension always falls so I had to use duct tape to keep it extended , besides that this is the best mop and bucket ever invented!
