Quality has gone down dramatically, when these first came out they were sturdy and durable, Now the stick is so short and since it’s retractable it keeps folding in on its self so you’re constantly having to twist it back to lock. For the price point I’d rather roll the dice on a cheaper brand

I bought this mop because a cleaning lady was using it and loved it. I cannot get the mop head to stay on the plastic head! I have tried everything and it is very frustrating. I would like to speak to o cedar customer service but do not know how to reach them. Please advise.

I absolutely LOVE this mop! I first discovered it at my job and immediately had to get one for myself. I’ve always used a bucket from the dollar store and one of those sponge mops that you have to squeeze the water out of, making mopping a tedious and messy task. This mop has made cleaning easier and maybe even.. enjoyable :O I love that this is a spin mop and that the bucket is smaller so it’s easier to store. Overall incredible pleased with this item! 10/10 would recommend :)

I really wanted to give this 4/5 stars but after three months of use the pedal stopped working correctly. So now, when I try to ring out the mop, it takes forever or it just holds half the water because it can’t spin correctly now. Pretty disappointed in the longevity of it, but when it did work correctly, it worked wonderfully.

This mop is user-friendly, allowing for effortless wringing of water. It facilitates simple water changes and maintains cleanliness and freshness within the bucket. Notably, the mop head can be conveniently washed in a washing machine, ensuring proper hygiene and minimizing the presence of germs.

There is a new version available :( I wish I did my research and realized this is an old model. The new version has a divided water section for the dirty water. Sturdy bucket. Mop is in sections so not that sturdy but works well if you keep that in mind. Heads are soft. A decent value with the extra heads. I think it could have been discounted further due to the fact it has been improved already.

The only thing I don’t like is that the broom handle isn’t easy to lock I am tall so it’s important to have a long stick for my back. The extension always falls so I had to use duct tape to keep it extended , besides that this is the best mop and bucket ever invented!

This mop is great. I have tile floors throughout my house and mopping is a terrible chore. This mop makes it easy! The bucket is easy to carry and well balanced. It doesn't require a lot of water, so it's easy to lift and empty. The pedal is firm, but easy to depress. The spinning basket seems sturdy and the mop head fits in it easily. The mop picks up lots of dirt, is easy to spin, use, and clean up. We mopped the whole house in very little time without making a drippy mess. Well worth the price and highly recommended.

I have hardwood and ceramic floors plus two dogs and four children. It was difficult for me to keep my floor clean with kids running in and out and dogs. I purchased this and I absolutely love it. It has made my life so much easier. Now even my kids want to mop the floors. Very simple and handy to use. I highly recommend it.

Very cheap, scrapes the floor unless you have it spread out just right on the floor. The bucket doesn’t ring out enough water, leaving too much on the floors for laminate or wood. Definitely don’t recommend but I am using it because it was so expensive.
