I have had one of these mops for years. My mother was admiring my old one, and I gave it to her and purchased myself a new one. The new one is awful. The pedal makes a grinding noise when you push it and there are no rotating parts on the handle so that the mop can spin freely while you hold it. If I had known that I would end up with a poorly made 2nd generation I would never have given mine away. I will be returning this one for a different brand

This is the greatest spin mop! So easy to use, no bending over to ring out a mop. I love that the mop heads are able to go I’ll the washer and dryer, no extra money or wasted materials on replacement sponge heads. I clean for a living and I’ve used the O’Cedar mop five days a week for 4 years. I’ve only had to replace it once due to heavy duty usage. I plan to stick with this mop as long as it is available.

I have two small kids, three dogs, and a husband who works in the dirt for a living. This mop is a game changer. It makes mopping so easy and dare I say fun! I love how I can wring out the mop differently depending on my preference. For my laminate wood floors I wring it out a lot and it is perfectly damp. The head snaps off easily and can go right in the washer. I’m so glad I ditched my old mop and bucket and got this!

For some reason after a few uses the foot syringe doesn’t work anymore. My second time buying this for my wife and it totally stops working, I actually thought the first time it happened could’ve been our fault but now i know a few people who use it as well and same problem happen.

i purchased a differbt mop in order to save $$. the competitor,(?,) was difficult to wring out when i moved, i left my spin mop behind ,(grr,). Well, i researched and found this particular ocedar spin mop and purchased it (yaay). now i can wring the darn thing out.

This mop is definitely a game changer, the best thing that I’ve purchased and a very long time. I really appreciate not having to put my hands in the water and twisting the water out. If I could change one thing, I would add wheels for easy navigation. But otherwise this product is AWESOME!!!

after watching 100s of tik toks of people cleaning their homes with this, I finally purchased. Between this "standard" mop style and my steam mop, my floors are perfect. The step spin design makes this the best option for a mop in bucket situation. I like yhe detachable head which can be thrown in the wash.

This is my favorite mop. I love that I don’t have to touch anything to wring out the dirty water. I have tried other mops in the past but this one seems to get my floor the cleanest and doesn’t break like other spin mops I have tried. I recommend this mop and this specific brand to everyone in my family.

This new mopping system works great but has a few draw backs. Pros: Does an excellent job cleaning the floor, this works much better than the old sponge mop. The floor is clean but not too wet. Unlike the old sponge mop, Mop head refills are easy to find and simple to replace. The spin motion is much simpler than wringing the old sponge mop head by hand Cons: The mop head will need to be replaced more quickly that the old sponge mop head. Mopping the floor requires picking up the strings the o-cedar mop leaves behind. You need to use the petal to wring out the mop so if it ever breaks you are in trouble.

My housekeeper LOVES this mop and it does a great job. Very easy to use and being able to throw the mop-head in the washing machine is great. Comes out nice and clean and disinfected. She likes mine so much that I bought her one to use at her place too.
