The bucket and mom head are wonderful, but the retractable mop handle is absolutely awful. It doesn't lock in place on either end so I'm constantly having to hunch over to mop the floors. I will be finding another mop handle to use because this one is just terrible!

I had been using a combination of steam mops and a libman wonder mop for years. I've been thruogh 5 Steam mops and needed new heads for the wonder mop so I decided to give this a try. Pros: The mop head is thick enough to actually pick up dirt from our rough stone-like tile , easy to ring out, a gentle spin left a nice wet mop to really get down into the grout and dips in the stone while a faster spin gave a nice dry mop to pick up any water left behind in those same areas. Easy enough to operate my 9,10, & 13 year old are able to use (and found it quite fun). All in all it works as advertised. Cons: When you're not applying pressure the mop head tipped over causing plastic to scrape the floor, mildly annoying. Be careful when you pick it up, it will lean to one side with potential to spill if you're not prepared. It would benefit from wheels like industrial buckets have since it is awkward to carry. I also had trouble removing the mop head. When I followed the instructions the mop handle kept popping off instead of the mop head. In summary, it works as advertised with some room for improvement. I was pleased with the results and the larger (than the steam and wonder mop) mop head made quick work of this routine tasks. I mopped four rooms in record time. It will be my go to mop.

The foot pedal to make it spin is easy on my arthritic joints. I can push it down wearing socks. I got one for the bathroom/pet area and one for the other non-pet areas. The spin mechanism gets more of the water out and speeds the drying time on vinyl flooring. I love the combo pack.

I had a bit of trouble getting the top part of the handle to stay extended. I had to close it tighten it, then extend. Also I don’t like how high the foot pedal is. I don’t want to have to lift my foot completely off the ground incase I feel dizzy. I do like how much water comes off. I was able to use this on linoleum and not worry there was too much water left on it.

I purposely bought this because of the shape of the mop. It's easier to get into corners and smaller spots and it works! I've only had it a week or two which is the only reason I haven't given it 5 stars - want to see how long the mop head actually lasts.

I had one once before and I absolutely loved it.... I was happy to see that the step thing that you step on to ring them up out had been changed cuz that's where mine broke... Where you step and the thing starts spinning My bucket was fine but the step thing that you step on it broke then my bucket was all gone !

I'm super biased because I hate all mops....BUT this mop with the easywring !? I don't have to touch it constantly to wring it out, when I'm done give it a good wash and wring a few times and my arms or LEG both ain't tired. So 4.5/5 for sure. 0.5 off simply because ITS A MOP 🤮

This mop is the greatest. I have LVP and this mop works fantastic. Im able to spin the mop out so it’s not soaking wet. This mop is amazing. All other moos left floor too wet but this is perfect. Works great. My floors are clean snd mopping was easy, almost fun!

I bought this product in hopes that the centrifugal force would spin off enough water so I wouldn't have to ring the mop out by hand; that unfortunately was not the case. Yes, a lot of the water was removed and that made the moping and drying of mopped surfaces much easier/faster but, I still had to ring by hand ultimately before putting up the mop. I have to say I was a bit disappointed.

it's a good idea if it was made better. it works for a little while but where everything is plastic it strips gears out if you push down to hard now if it was metal with steel gears it would last but if you use it every day you might get a couple Months out of it.
