I have been using swiffter jet machine, it cost buying pads and solution bottles. This mops handle is do difficult to move around aldo mop head needs to be positioned other wise tringle rubber at the bottom rub against the floor. I have returned this and have just bought bissel power fresh steam mop. It was $89 plus I bought 2 year protection plan. Also I bought extra sets if pads which comes with fragrance disk. I hsve used it couple of times and like it. This product is only $30 and $7 for extra mop head. It can work for a lot of people and has good reviews. My rating is average for this product since I have back and wrist pain. I am use to of swirling easy to move around swifter. I will recommend trying it out. You ma y like it, especially if you are on the budget.

I’ve not had a mop and bucket in 10 years. I had a steam mop and loved it. But it died and I needed a replacement. I was reluctant to go back to the stone ages and drag a mop bucket around the house but this thing is awesome. My hands stay dry, the floor is clean and I’m happy. Definitely a keeper!

My only issue is with extension locking system. Thinking I may not have tightened enough, so I have had couple of people tighten it. I almost took a “header” when extension handle collapsed. Thankful it was in my small bathroom and counter was close by. I now only use in small areas for safety.

It does what it’s supposed to do. However, the mop head it comes with is fairly small, and because it’s so soft it takes a fair amount of elbow grease if your floors aren’t already pretty clean to begin with. Good for maintenance, but not so good for big messes

I purposely bought this because of the shape of the mop. It's easier to get into corners and smaller spots and it works! I've only had it a week or two which is the only reason I haven't given it 5 stars - want to see how long the mop head actually lasts.

I like that I do not have to touch the dirty water. The bucket is easy to move around. I thought it would be heavy and bulky but it is not. I like the mop because it is light and it expands.It is quite easy to use and store. I would definitely recommend it.

It's hard to say if this is worth it. The bucket is great. Light weight, easy to clean, love the spin ability to get excess liquid out. It's a good idea. The mop itself? Only okay, bordering on annoying. The telescoping handle kept un-scoping on me (because you spin it to lock it, and the mop spins to dry out). Also the mop head is more plastic than mop. So if you try to move too fast or set it down wrong, you'll scrape plastic against your floor instead of the mop.

The first one my son bought broke soon after purchasing but because I loved it, I bought one myself and this one spins better than the first one. So far so good. Works great on my porcelain floors. Leaves the floors streak and spot free. If you get one that doesn’t spin freely, it may be faulty. Just get an exchange, it’s worth it.

I have gone through a lot of different mops in the past. this one by far has been the best. I love that i can use it on the walls as well. I have textured walls and they collect dust like crazy. Im short and hate going on a later to wipe them down once a month. with how thick the mop pads are, they do a wonderful job getting into all the nooks and crannies. I was able to do my whole house in an hour! It normally takes a day or two.

My overall experience is good.....the mop bucket is small and requires lots of water change for large jobs....cleans well for everyday maintenance.....Not for tough jobs.....the mop is a little awkward and small.....Do Not Carry By Handle When Filled With Water.....Overall it DOES what it says and keeps my hands out of nasty water and CLEAN :)
