Happy with the mop system, but the extentable handle will not stay locked in the long position. Emailed O-cedar support/help, but no response. We are having to tape the handle to keep it from collapsing (and it happened the first time we used it.)

Love this mop! So easy to use. Cleans my tile floors really well and does not leave a streak or stickiness like other brands. I like that it disinfects as well. Awesome deal especially with four reusable heads included in the box.

While there is no perfect mop, this one has you spreading less of the floor dirt around. Purchased as a gift (by request!) for someone who’d researched mops.

My mop bucket leaks every time I step on the thing to spin the mop pedal out. there's a defect in the spring mechanism plastic thing that hooks up to the pail. it has a leak there and every time I step on the pedal it leaks there. I have a puddle of water on my floor every time but I do not want to go through the hassle of taking it back because I bought it online. no I do not have a crack in my floor. there are marble floors all throughout here and it's a very expensive home

LOVE this set! Worth the money. Changed my mopping game completely. With having 2 dogs and a child, I mop a lot. I was mopping once a week and a daily wet jet swiffer. Barely did a thing. Now I use the mop and bucket 2 or 3 times a week because I like to stay ontop of keeping my hardwood floors as clean as I can with my 3 crazies. Seriously a great investment and love using it.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has a difficult time using a standard mop to clean their floors. Some of the major brand mops on the market now a days force you to buy pads and refill solutions and still don't do as good of a job. All you do is fill up the bucket with warm water and your desired cleaning agent. Submerge the mop and then place it in the spinner and pump out the access moisture. The mop end is detachable and can be placed in the washing machine for cleaning. This product was also less expensive then the highly advertised product that is seen on TV. Why spend over $ 40.00 dollars plus shipping and handling when you can buy the O-Cedar Easy Wring Spin Mop and Bucket System for under $ 30.00 at Wal-Mart!

I like the mop but I do wish the mop head was bigger and fluffier. Once its wet you pretty much have just the plastic clip. It cleans well but you have to fluff it up a bit. For the price you should get multiple heads but you just get 1. I like the concept but think the mop head itself needs to be revamped.

I love the mop it’s really easy and efficient, no touching nasty mop water to ring anything out! Only thing was even though I fully pulled and twisted the handle part to lock the height in on the mop it’ll slide to a shorter length sometimes when mopping. Overall a great buy , this is my second time buying

This “O-Cedar Easy Wring Mop” is great & thoroughly cleans the floors!! Truly is better on your back! Best $$ I ever spent on a mop! She’s been using the Swiffer (which is another great floor/ceiling fan cleaner) for so long that it seems to slightly cake up after years of just that alone. (Mind you, the Swiffer is really great as well; however; definitely not as good and thorough.

The pedal broke after three uses. I’m not sure whether maybe I was pressing too hard or not but I don’t think I was. Pretty upsetting as I had such a high standard for this mop. I can’t find a replacement bucket only anywhere so it seems like I’m just gonna switch to the old method of wringing out the mop with your hands.
