The mop handle is a piece of junk. Such an expensive mop set, yet the handle flexes and won’t stay put. The length keeps adjusting while you put pressure on floor. Tried to swap handles with a wooden one, but the threads are different, so that won’t work. Disappointed in the mop handle but otherwise good mop head and bucket.

The mop works great and I don't have to mess with wringing it manually. Drop it in the cage and a couple steps on the foot lever and it's ready to work. I was disappointed that it was not available at the local store, but my on line order shipped fast.

Do yourself a favor, save up, and get a better mop. But, if you like not being able to ring out water at all, and constantly using way too much of it, this is the mop for you. I use a real mop bucket at my job, this is 100% a waste of money. Pump your little foot all you want its not getting even 10% of the water out

Super disappointed! You can’t even mop the floor just sits there scraping the floor! Wow, like this was supposed to be easier but no now it’s harder and I want my money back! Most people don’t have money to spend even if it’s on sale or what not but to spend that kind of money and not even be able to use it!

Don’t waste your money these are garbage mopheads. They collect your entire garbage out of your wash machine. When you finish washing them, you have to spend over an hour trying to pick out all the hairs and loose pieces of scraps that were in your wash machine. You cannot dry these they will shrivel up and you can throw them in the garbage. If I can’t see one thing about the mopheads is these are disposable one time use don’t buy them. You will waste your money I promise you that.!!!

I enjoy it when an item is as it says in the description and delivers that expectation. It is difficult sometimes to decide on an item when there are so many options to choose from, but I went with this one and am completely satisfied with my selection. couldnt be happier!

Love this mop! No more bending over no more touching dirty water. The heads are removable and washable. Everything you want in a mop plus the box comes with 3 or 4 extra had that should last a year depending how often or dirty they get. The only con is i have broken my mop twice and had to buy a whole new box. By the way i broke it trying to kills bugs!!!the mop itself is very strong!!!

The idea behind the wring spin mop is great and the wringing of the mop worked very nicely but overall, I was disappointed and returned the item. Mop does not stay flat and on the bottom of the mop is a plastic apparatus that allows you to unscrew the mop head for washing. This plastic scraps the floor, baseboard, etc. The handle would loosen easily.

The mop head is smaller than shown in picture and covers very little space. It flip flops around and the plastic edge scrapes floor constantly. It flops sideways and up and down with no way to lock the mop head flat. The spinner doesn't really get rid of water unless you spin it 30 or 40 times. I definitely want to know how all those 4 and 5 star ratings users are actually cleaning anything with this mop. I want my money back and will attempt to contact company..

Love, love, love this mop set. I opened the box and everything you need is right there. Its so lightweight, including the mop bucket. Just unscrew the handle, tighten it in place and screw it into the mop head. The mophead snaps right into place. No batteries are needed for the spinner, just a push of the foot pedal sends it spinning. The mophead is super absorbent and really lasts a long way while mopping. Its so lightweight that it took me 5 minutes to mop 3 rooms. I typically used a swiffer mop with sprayer and have the change the pads out numerous times, but not anymore. Ive already recommended this to my daughter. I also have a heavy duty mop and bucket that you would use in a commercial setting, but its so heavy and bulky that I dont use it very often. This is my new go-to mop system.
